It’s a good thing Byul has been working on her hand-washing skills because she’s got a lot to get done before her next deadline. She’s been busy with her boss’ latest assignment: dragging Do Jun Young through the mud, which she doesn’t seem too happy about. Ki Peum tries to tell her that he was just doing his job and she’s being petty but Byul doesn’t believe it, and she goes ahead with the story anyway. 별내손세차
The next day, she arrives at work and finds Jung Yeol lurking around like he always does. He critiques her on her 28 seconds late arrival, then he sits in a lounge chair by her desk and throws snide comments at her throughout the day while she tries to work, which annoys her even more. He also steals a sip of her iced coffee – using her straw! And he’s been stalking her, so she doesn’t really feel comfortable at work anymore.
To make matters worse, Ho Yeong brings up the fact that they’re a year away from the deadline and Byul starts to freak out. She claims it won’t be possible to do the article on time and Mi Nyeo agrees that they should just ask Do Jun Young to come up with a different idea instead of dragging him through the mud. Byul doesn’t like this at all and tells them that she’ll be leaving early to go see Tae Sung at the signing event. 별내광택
At the event, she helps a gasping and barely able-to-walk Ki Peum inside and finds her with Jung San Woo across from them. He’s being belligerent with the medical staff and seems to be drunk, which worries Han Byul. She asks him if everything’s okay and he replies that his throat hurts but he’s doing his best to hide it. He then sips some water, which makes Han Byul feel better.
After the show, Han Byul meets up with Ho Yeong and Mi Nyeo and they start to talk about Tae Sung. They discover that he’s getting a lot of attention and gifts from fans and he has a fan club named Yoosungwoo (friend of Yoo Sung). Mi Nyeo wonders if it’s because he’s handsome but Han Byul disagrees. She says she thinks it’s because of his capitalistic smile and giddy demeanor.
Later, Han Byul goes to her favorite movie theater to de-stress and she’s surprised when the person sitting next to her is none other than Tae Sung! They both start to laugh but he tells her to shush as the movie is starting. During the movie, she sneaks peeks at him and when it ends, they chat and exchange numbers.
